Hey John, thanks!

I uploaded two more of my clips yesterday, also shot at the Austro-American Society in Vienna in 2004, with a handheld camera. I always enjoy doing those shows, as it offers the chance to present the sounds of the steel guitar to folks that have never heard it before (even if played by a non-pro player like me )

Kind Regards, Walter

NICE Walter!!!.. You play beautifully, and I REALLY liked the tone of that ancient MSA... almost a "west coast" kind of sound.. Differnt from later model MSA guitars.. really enjoyed it!! bob

Bob, I also like the sound of the guitar - it is just played through my Emmons Amp, only using a Goodrich Matchbox, no other devices. The venue was rather small, so the amp wasn't even miked.

The MSA is built like a tank, very heavy, but hardly ever gets out of tune. I like the old joke whee an archeologist digs out the musician's place in 3,000 years and finds a lot of musical equipment from our days...the one MSA found is still in tune!!!

Kind Regards, Walter
