Hey this is VERY cool.
One of ours wins!
Congratulations, film score work is the oddest
and sometimes freest form of music production.
In the right hands, you can go almost anywhere musically
to set a mood.

I already posted this on the "Events" page but:
Yes, I watched the receipient making his thanks... and sternly told my wife... "He better mention the steel player".... and then he did My wife says I need to switch to de-cafe..... but I'm very happy for Boo, and the steel guitar as an instrument.... now, let's replace Itzack Perlman with Buddy Emmons .
Way to go Boo!!!

My congratulations also to Boo for his exemplary contribution to the musical score of this film. You have achieved more recognition for the steel-guitar than most of the working steel players in the business.
quote:
As for the movie, it would have received much less critisism about the sexual orientation of the two main characters if the writers had not misrepresented their occupation as COWBOYS.
They were not cowboys...they were SHEEPHERDERS!

Yeah but they DRESSED like cowboys...
And there was cowboy country music,
so almost all is forgiven. |
