JoDee Messina's steeler; what a great guy!

I had the pleasure of being in the opening act for JoDee Messina, Sunday, Nov 27 up here in Portland. I introduced myself to her steeler, David Spires right before their sound check. We had the opportunity to hang several times, talk steel, gear; all the good stuff. He went out of his way to meet all the rest of our gang. Aside from being a fine player with great execution, good tone and cool gear, he was most personable and a great guy to get to know. Just another story of the amazing comraderie we share as steelers.
