Recently while recording the West Coast Christmas CD, I recorded this song as a Christmas present for Ralph. Red Kilby has done a fine job with the vocals. You are welcome to add your best wishes to this post, and I'll print it all out and present it to him along with a CD of the song sometime during the first week in December. I'm sure you agree that "There's only one Mister Moon".

A very Merry Christmas to you my friend. You are sure one fantastic Steeler. I still enjoy the fancy playing (west coast style) on the Album "Buck Owens" issued in the late '60's. I want so much to learn the song "Nobody's Fool But Your's". I listen to the Intro, fills and Steel Solo, quite often. One of these days! One of these days Ralph. You just wait and see!

Ralph Mooney is the reason I play steel guitar. When I heard "Under Your Spell Again" and "Under The Influence Of Love" back in the fifties and sixties, I was hooked. I'm aware that Ralph would probably downplay such accolades, but he is surely a major reason why so many of us were attracted to the instrument in the first place.
