Who did the chimes?

Just listened to Patty Loveless's "You Don't Even Know Who I Am" on the radio & the chimes/harmonics just really delivered that song. Was it Paul Franklin?

BTW, check out Jeff Beck's tune "Where Were You" if you want to hear some mindbending/stringbending harmonic work on the 6-string.

I've only heard the tune on radio.Never seen the credits. But my money is on Paul Franklin.

Paul Franklin fer sure. The above mentioned are all fine players.But they can't chime like Paul.
