Robert Randolph is in an ad in Guitar Player, that is for Dean Markley strings.
Cool!

It says...

"There's NO INSTRUMENT TOUGHER ON STRINGS than the pedal steel...and no one's tougher on strings than Robert Randolph."

With a great pic of RR playing a Fessy.

Like it or not, he may be the best thing to happen to steel guitar in 25 years. First time the front man has been a steel player. How can that be bad for us? I love his energy.

The mans got my vote...we need a lot of RR's to keep steel guitar going. He remains, the most sought after, highest paid, most visible, steel guitarist in history! if some players like it or not!
