The 'no insurance' part is quite common, isn't it?
The thing that worries me a little more is the lack of description of the instrument, plus the fact that his other sales has only been games in the $3-5 range. THAT looks a little suspicious to me,- I wouldn't have bid without having established a solid contact and learned more about him first.
