Vassar Clements video,...steel player

I just saw a video of Vassar Clements playing an instrumental called "Windjammer". Has anyone seen this, and who was the steel player, playing the Sho-Bud?

Doug Jernigan played with Vasser quite a bit. I have the old Hillbilly Jazz album with Doug on it. Doug used to play a Sho Bud.

There is a long thread about this started out on "Announcements and Events" on 8/17 and was transferred to "Steel Players" shortley after that.... Both Forum threads give you clue's as to the identity of the player and eventually at the end he is identified via a person in the band.

The Steeler on Vasser's Windjammer video is Joe Dye, who is also the Bassist. This has been confirmed by the producer.
