Still trying to find Bobby Menard

I'm still trying to locate steel player Bobby Menard who lives or used to live in Belleville, Illinois. I used to hear from him once of twice a year. I haven't heard from him in years and can't seem to find anyone who knows his whereabouts or if he is still alive or not. Somebody out there knows where Bobby is, and I'd appreciate any information on him. Thanks.
