Here we go. Go to bertrivera.com. There is a link to email bert. Send an email. My friends wife runs his web page. If you want a signed copy, Bert will send it. If you just want a copy, she'll send it from Lockhart. Hope this helps. If you have a problem, let me know and I'll get you one myself and send it.
