Just Thought I would Fill You In !!The great Mike Johnson Played steel on a friend of Mine's New Christmas Cd .. And As Of Today It Is the # 1 selling Independent Music Cd This Week.. On Cd Baby.com..

The cd is titled "ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU" by "LISA LAYNE" She Recorded the song A few yrs Back With A Band Named "Vince Vance And the Valiants"And It Climbed to Be the # 7 Most Requested Christmas song of all time.. well she never got recognized as the singer on that cut.. Well Now She Has re recorded it on her own cd along with 11 other great christmas tunes and the world famous Jordinaires are even on all 12 cuts ... its an awsome cd get your copy today At CDBABY.COM or tower records or the ErnestTubb Record Store ,Ft wortTex,Nashville tenn .or the Country Music Hall Of Fame record store Nashville ..And we are working on Wal-mart and target for next yr and so far it looks like that will happen... if for some reason you cant find it anywhere i have mentioned, e-mail me and i will get you one .. its a must have cd If you Like Good steel and Sax together there is Not one better...

Mike Johnson also played terrific steel on "Songs OF The Louvin Brothers" which is a tribute CD with:"Emmy Lou Harris,Rodney Crowell,Merle Haggard,Linda Ronstadt,Leslie Satcher.
He has a very tasty sound,which I really,really like.
