John we went to Bluntstown wishing to see you and hear you play. I have a hat for you to sign along with the other greats of steel guitar playing DEwitt, Doug, Don H. Lynn O. Billy R. Russ, Laney, Ron E. and others.
When you and buddy sign it, I will frame it and hAND IT ON THE WALL here at home.
We pray you are better with that leg, The VA wants to replace my left knee but am holding out for a better way, so I know how it feels to be in pain.

Hi Ernest,
Sorry I had to miss the Blounstown show.
I was really lookin' forward to it as usual.
I will be glad to sign your hat tho, as soon as I see you.
My knee is doing better but is not well.
I'm going thru therapy and an anti-inflamatory medicine to try to clear it up.
I go back to the Dr Tuesday and see what he says. If it is not up to his expectations,
then we will do the surgery. I hate to do it but I'm ready if that's what it takes.
I've hurt long enough. (4 Mos)
Anyway, I'm sorry that I missed you & hope to see you down the road somewhere.

Hey John...sorry to hear about your bad leg. I hear a 10lb bass is a pretty good cure for that ailment, at least for awhile. Better get out in Percy Priest for a bit. Take care and hope that leg comes along fast.

Hi John,
If you are looking at a knee replacement, don't sweat it. I had both of mine replaced a year ago the 12th of November. The only thing I question is why I put it off for so long. It is GREAT to be out of pain. I was back at work after about five weeks and back to driving in two months.
Go for it and best of luck.

John find a Nikken wellness consultant in your area, apply CM cream and a elastomag knee wrap.

John,
I hope you feel better soon.
A couple years ago I took some guys from the band I was touring with down to the Station Inn. We all sat right in front of you and the guys kept riding me all night after you would play something particularly beautiful asking me
"Hey Bob, how come it don't sound like that when you play ?"
You are the greatest !

John,
Ask around and find out if any of the doctors in your area have ever heard about injecting "cocks comb" in your knee joint. A friend of mine had one knee replacement and in the other they injected "cocks comb". The cocks comb knee turned out better that the one with the knee replacement. He had his done at the Veterans hospital in Minneapolis. It is a recognized medical procedure and not just some "snake oil" thing.

Ernie. Don't "use magnetism" unless one of them can tell you how and why it works. It's multilevel suggestion.
Two proven methods I used to remove a near hyperextension cartilidge damage ten years ago.
One is what they call "condroitin/glucosamine". It DOES rebuild cartilidge. Take handfuls of caps of Knox Gelatin. That did it for me before they came out with the C/G. Either one though, you have to take for at least three weeks.
The other proven method is if you're not allergic to bees, grabbing a honeybee and having him/her sting you in the center of the painful area. I have a fractured joint bone of my right wrist that was getting arthritic 20 years ago two years after breaking it. I treated it what way about four times in that period, and it hasn't hurt at all now in 10 years.
Do a google search on bee venom treatments.
OTOH, I've known a couple people that went for the knee replacement, and with the most modern of techniques and materials, they walk around like they were twenty.
Good Luck.

Eric you are right about the Knox Gelatin
when I do that the pain is much less.
My right knee is so bad the bottom of my leg has bent outward, no cartledge at al in the knee, they want to replace it but i have talked to many people and the results vary so much I am putting it off til I know more. MSM is good and calsium helps.
