Dear Friends,
I just wanted to let you know that I have included three new soundclips on the website
www.lloydgreentribute.com
All three go back to 1989 and feature Lloyd with Barry & Holly Tashian, from their CD "Trust In Me". This record is a beautiful album with traditional country sounds, great harmony singing (Emmylou Harris can be heard on harmony vocals, too!) and outstanding song material. It is still available at Amazon, BTW.
Lloyd's playing is really beautiful (what else is new ) Enjoy the clips!
PS.: I have also exchanged the Rattlesnake Annie clip ("So Much To Do") and added the chorus before the solo - that was Ricky Davis' suggestion (Here you are, Ricky!)
Kind Regards, Walter

Awesome Walter; thanks. Having the chorus just before that solo is important so folks can hear why Lloyd spoke that way in the song through the solo. You'da Man.

Barry Tashian, eh? . . .as in Barry and the Remains, of the 60's Boston sock scene?
If so, boy, does this take me back to the home town! |

James,
Yes, that is the same Barry Tashian. He came quite a long way from "Barry & The Remains" to playing with Gram Parsons, The Flying Burrito Brothers and Emmylou Harris' Hot Band to those wonderful traditional recordings, didn't he?
Kind Regards, Walter
