Some time ago I got the CD "Pure Ameican Steel" by Ron Elliott, and it has to be one of the best CD's I've ever bought. I liked it that much I wrote to Ron to find out he he had released any more CD's.
This morning I received the other three and I am equally impressed. He really does have a very distinctive tone, absolutely full of feeling, I think he must have a heart in each finger and the bar aswell. Ron keep on releasing albums, I'll keep buying them, and if anyone out there doesn't have these four CD's, YOU DON@T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING.
Besy wishes Ron
Dave.

You're absolutely right Dave! "Pure American Steel" is a class act and Ron's tone was to die for! I just met Ron last month at the Florida Steel Guitar Anniversary Show and he was great. He does have a new CD but the name escapes me right now but it's great also. A good thing also is that he has the tracks for "Pure American Steel".

Smooth, big tone, and an all around nice guy!

I too have all of Ron's CD's. I had two of the CD's recordings when they were on "LP". It was sure "great" to see Ron playing again in S. L. this year and that is where I got the newest CD, "From Our Good Times" - - just a wonderful CD. Skip

I have some of Ron's tabs. You can learn a lot from them. I never knew about the vertical Bb lever until I played Ron's tabs.
