Help wanted to locate Joe Lester

I would certainly appreciate any help in locating Joe Lester. My best info is that he was in Houston, Texas around 1990 and did some recording. Not much info but maybe I'll get lucky. Would like any lead...Address, phone number, E-mail....anything...Thanks
