It may be different times than what we get in Hawaii, which is this Sat. @ 5ish PM, repeated Sun. 6ish PM. Sorry to be vague, but I usually forget to listen, let alone tune in at starting times. Check the NPR site, which I believe is www.NPR.org |

Nope. Keillor continues to introduce her on PSG (in spite of a letter I wrote him a couple of years ago on this very subject--the nerve of him to ignore me!) but two weeks ago she was on the show playing her Remington triple and a resoguit. Sounded good. |

If you were wondering howcome I knew she was on the Remington, besides my golden ears (yeah right)--I tune in to the webcast for their 3 camera auto-refresh still picture presentation---radio for audio, web for visuals---and even with my dial-up it works pretty ok. Annoying, though, that you can't move the cameras yourself with a joystick or something but I reckon it would take a smarter soul than myself to figure out how to contend with 1000 bassists wanting a close-up of the bass, 1000 drummers wanting a close-up of the drums, 3 steelers fighting for a shot of the steel..... |
