I live in that area and I do not know of a dedicated dealer with a storefront. Best bet is an individual there or off the forum or in Nashville.
There is a store called Midtown music that has a used steel in stock every now and then.

This forum is the best place in the country to buy something.

Have you thought about contacting Ron Lashley at Emmons Guitar in Burlington, NC? They are just up Rt 85 North from Atlanta.

I live in Atlanta (all my life). We have not had a dealer for steels in about 15 years, unless you are looking for a Carter Starter. Several stores carry these.
You might find a used pro model in a store here and there.

I rep for Carter (pro) steels and Tommy Dodd reps for Zumsteel.

If I can be of any help, give me a call. 770-921-7253

By the way, Burlington, NC (Emmons) is about 7 hours northeast of Atlanta.

Hi, Fred, not far up the road in Commerce is Crazy Al's music. They've had a number of steels in stock lately, I found a great LGIII there that ended up in W VA. Not a dealer, but they've lately had several steels and lots of dobros.
