Hey!
I'll probably ask this a few times over the next year, but... are they any steel players in Slovenia?
I have an invite to lecture there (NOT about steel) next September (the week after St. Louis). Be neat to hook up with some players...
Also be in Keele, UK the week after. Anyone there?

Winnie, I was in Slovenia last October, didn't see any steel guitar but I feel in love with the country. It's extremely economical(cheap) to stay & eat there. My favorite cities were Lubijana, Bled (a little touristy but gorgeous), Kranjska Gora, Piran & Portoroz. The people are very friendly & like westerners. Have a great trip.
