This was my first ISGC and way to short. I had to play everynight last week so I drove in Friday just inb time to catch The late show with Tom and the boys from Texas. What a show!!!I was fortunate that a couple of members of the taff band are friends of mine so I got to meet lots of my heros. Russ wever your the greatest Man(My newest friend in the band!!)Saturday was just a wirl wind as I had to leave by 2:30 to get back to my gig I walked 10 miles in 4 hours but had a blast and didn't want to leave. Everyone as so nice and the atmosphere was phenominal. I was so glad I got to meet some of my longtime heros! Hal Rugg you're too cool man! thanks for taking a minute out of your busy day! Buddy Emmons, talking to you was like a lightning bolt of inspiration Glad I got to meet you. Jimmy Crawford, great guitars and a great guy!!!You're the best babe! Reece we've talked several times but was good to finally meet you in person! I could go on and on but you get the drift. I had the time of my life and can hardly wait til next year. What a great 12 hours. FRANK THANKS FOR THE BED!!!I OWE YA BIG TIME.
Special thanks to jimmy and starla queen john and Lynn and of course bobby C and linda. see next year!!!!!!
