Anybody know him? Is he in hiding? He doesn't
respond to his e-mail. Any suggestions on how to reach him? I tried the phone number he
listed in a "BUY & SELL" post but that failed also.

Kip, I suggest you look for someone else to
buy from. I bought some of the stuff Jim Walker had listed and promptly sent him a
money order which he actually acknowledged
having received. The downside is,I have not received the item after almost a 90 day wait
and he doesn't answer snail mail, e-mail,or
the phone. I wonder if b0b got a check from him for using the forum to sell his stuff?

Jim,
Sorry to hear things have been going downhill for you and I truly hope your fortunes take a good turn. I sent you an e-mail message earlier today before I saw your post.I understand things sometime happen in a person's life that ulimately lead to their neglecting some obligations. No refund of any portion of my payment is expected Your offer was more than equitable but please "no thanks". You keep the dough and send the stuff to me!

Jim,
Your good intentions did not go too far. After I told you to keep all the money and just send me the stuff I had purchased, I still have not received anything and you continue to ignore my inquiries. One might
expect such dealings on e-Bay but I didn't anticpate it from a fellow forum member.Well
any way, I still want to wish you a Merry Christmas and some relief from the personal problems which have beseiged you.

Sorry I have neglected posting this reply for so long. Jim did ship the seat as promised in his last post. We have exchanged e-mails and every thing is A-OK between us He had a personal problem which was keeping him preoccupied. Last I heard he was considering a move to the Florida panhandle.
Heck, that is actually lower Alabama. Welcome Jim!

Hey Bill, No worries. Everyone got their stuff and hopefully they are still getting their money's worth. I know I sold all my steel stuff for about 1/2 of what I paid for it, So i didn't get my money's worth at all. Things are all better now personaly and finacialy. I'm looking forward to moving to Florida anbd I hope to land a gig as a Telecaster Blaster in band somewhere in SW Alabama or NW Florida. I need a gig!
