I am a hard core fan of Buddy Emmonds coupled with Ray Price. Two of the greatest performers in my lifetime of 74 years. I played next door to Buddy when he worked with a group from LaPort Ind at the Yo-Yo club in Calumet City Ill in 1952. I pattern my steel playing as close to his and Jerry Byrd style as I can. I read about a C.D. on the FORUM where Buddy & Ray teamed up again and I would sure like to know where I can get one.

I found my copy a Circuit City. Best Buys does not carry it in the store but you can order it from their web site. This CD deserves to be in the store. It is truly the best that Ray Price has recorded in years and should have a lot air play on the radio but I want hold my breath. For once you can hear the steel guiter and it is just beautiful. |
