Have just swaped my p/p Emmons for a Sho-Bud and would like to know what kind of wood was used .Iknow that they were made using birds eye maple.but the one i have as the most beatifull looking wood on the top and the grain looks like stripes in the wood.It has been completely rebuilt.Drop me an email for some pics.

They did make some out of Tiger stripe Maple....maybe that's what you got pal...
