I was just wondering if anyone in the Austin
area was looking for a Steel player. I have relocated from the Lubbock and then from Dallas area and would love to work with some of the musicians in this area. I'm not a young guy (59) to be exact but I have a lot of experience. I sing lead, and harmony parts . I play a new emmons 8 x 4 with a peavey nashville 400 etc. Love traditional
Country. I was Tony Booth's Steel player back
in the 60's and Early 70's before he signed with capitol. I was in RC Bannons first band he had in Seattle in the early 70's, and I am
have worked all over the U.S at one time or another. I am a Software Engineer so I am not looking for a full time gig. Any help would be appreciated. I really miss it.
I can be reached in Austin at 512-306-5017

Thanks
Billy P.

Send Herb Steiner an e-mail. I'll bet that he could put you onto something.
