I just wanted to publicly thank Ed for taking the time to provide me with expert help and guidance today. He took the time to determine what my abilities are and what specific needs I have, and then started thinking about how to best meet them. Before we ended our conversation Ed had already come up with at least 2 viable options for me. He is truly interested in the promotion and advancement of the steel guitar, and seems ready and willing to help anyone who asks. I look forward to doing business with you in the near future, Ed.
