Looking for Steve R. Johnson

Steve is not a steel player, but he was/is one hell of a front man, rythem and lead player. The last information I knew about him was he was in the Air Force at March AFB in Riverside, CA and doing local gigs. This was in the early 60's. I use to play steel for him and when I quit playing due to an unfortunate accident I had, Jay Dee Maness played for him. Both Jay Dee and myself would like to know what ever happend to him or where he is at. Any information would be much appreciated.
