I saw Rusty Danmyer (steel player for Lee Anne Womack) and Telecaster player Rod Jensen at Roberts on Broadway last week. They smoked! Rod Jensen was one of the best Tele players I've ever seen. They played guitar harmonies like brothers. Rusty did a lead to "Healing Hands of Time" that stood the hairs up on the back of my neck and put a tear in my beer. They were playing with traditional country singer John Hill. Just amazing. If you are going to Nashville I highly suggest you look them up. Rusty, right on man!

Rod Jensen is a Saskatchewan boy who used to play with Prairie Fire out of Calgary. He's been in Nashville for a few years now, good to hear about him. Say hi for me if you see him again.

John, he is an incredibly tasteful and technically proficient Telecaster player. I have heard the best, and he is right there with any of them.
