This just in.... the World Federation Of Very Acceptable PSG Players has just issued the following statement:

We have unilaterally decided that a push-pull keyless black mica universal-12 pedal steel guitar from SomeSteel (Inc.) with nickel strings and a humbucking pickup and even-tempered tuning is the best possible instrument configuration, which also achieves the best sound when played with pick-blocking through a Gnashville 2002 at the hands of world's best player Gary Jarcia playing "Reach Your Children" while accompanied by b@njo. This is why the pro players don't come on here anymore. We must stop all these expressions of opinion about steel guitar on the Steel Guitar Forum.
