Hey, all...
I got a new scanner, so I've updated my little web site with some old pictures from the 80's, back when I could still focus a lens.

Nice site ,Cal. The deal about the guy who was stationed with Faron: I think I play for him up here once in awhile. Always claiming he used to roar with him and getting thrown in jail with him. Liked the pic of Buddy with Roadhog.

Cal, WAY to COOL. I laughed my $#@% off. The Nair in the shampoo is STILL KILLING me. Oh, the memories. How true that people dosen't know the life of us crazy pickers on the road. Some of the things we did was so crazy, that I wouldn't tell MYSELF, much less another person. But, I wouldn't have changed anything for all the crazyness and laughter, (and sad, mad, wanting to cry ect.,ect.)and the things we have seen that 'NORMAL' would NEVER belive for all the money in the world. I have always wanted to put down on paper of all the years on the road,(1980-1990)but, never could manage to say it like you have. Your writing is wonderful, and my hats' off to you. The craziest thing is, is that I didn't know that a musician could pick the heck out of a show and be a WRITER TOO.
Blows my mind. Thanks for all I wanted to say. You said it ALL.

Hey guys, Cal Sharp, one of the greatest, hardest working , under rated people in the world of steel guitar!
Great site Cal, I'm glad you see Faron in the same light that I do.

Cal,
I really do enjoy visiting your website, however for me and a few others theres one little problem. The caption underneath yours & Faron's picture uses the "G-D" word. And to me that's very offensive. I realize that the "G-D" word was probably part of Faron's regular daily vocabulary when he was living. But couldn't you maybe change that particular caption word to say "Blankity Blank" instead and still get the same point across. Just a humble request from a Fan of your website.
Thanks, Nick
