Steeler on a Freddie Hart Album circa 1966?

I have a worn out LP by Freddie on the Kapp label titled "Hart of Country Music" which has some great steel licks. Some of the songs on the album are "Hank Williams
Guitar", "Keys in the Mailbox", "You've Got It Comimg To You", "What A Way To Go", to name a few. Who might the steeler be?
