Anyone tried the Mesa "Formula Pre"?

If you have auditioned the Mesa-Boogie
"Formula Pre" rackmount preamp,
(not Studio Pre),
what is your opinion or comparison to other preamps of it's sound ?

Yes, I have tried the Formula Pre. I set it up side by side with my Studio Pre and got them to sound identical. The overdrive on the Formula blows away the Studio if you like that sort of thing. Plus, it's only one rack space. No reverb though.
