Jerry....if the 1000 is as good of a amp as the 500 I have owned for years, and has been on a weight loss diet...I may have to buy one of them yet! My regards....Gene

First and foremost, please allow me to thank
Peavey Electronic's and Mike Brown for their
quality organization and support. Also, the
support they have provided throughout the
years to the steel playing community is
really something when you think of the over-
all world market size, in comparison to the
steel market.
Gene, I have a friend named Jess Hurt who
just bought a Nashville 1000. He really
loves it...btw, he's 75 years old! So, I
guess your never too old
...but, I
highly recommend you try one at a dealer
near you, or wait until I, or one of the
other Peavey Artists are near you.
Thanks,
Jerry Brightman

Congratulations Jerry, and thanks to Mike Brown and to Peavey for providing a high quality, and affordable steel guitar amp for the players. I still have a Session 400, a Session 500, a Nashville 400, and a Nashville 400 LTD. I have never had a Peavey amp fail on the road or at any other venue including 100 degree outside gigs. I guess this is starting to sound like a commercial, but I am real high on Peavey. Jody.

Red...not on the subject at hand, but I've got a couple of CD's fixing to hit the mail to you. It was a pleasure meeting you in St. Louis this year (not to mention getting to sit in on drums for some REAL country music !)
