Steven Earl Swinford?

Anybody know Steven Earl Swinford? Seems he has a steel guitar + orchestra Christmas album out. It's on eBay.

Steve Swinford is from Reno, Nv and has worked in many of the local casino bands on lead guitar and recently was working with Lacy J Dalton. He's a very fine lead guitarist, but I've never heard him play steel on stage. I understand he plays in a church band on Steel.the album has been out for a while, although ive never heard it
