George Strait freedom concert,Who's on the steel guitar?

Just curious to know who was playing steel,and what kind of set-up and steel they are playin.I want to say it was a zum or emmon's.Beautiful, killer tone,and a hell of a player.The last song is one I have never heard before it is a new one on this old country boy.

I'm not positive, but i think it was PF. Didn't really get a good look at him or the steel, but from the left profile, looked like PF hisself.
