I went to see Gary Morse in Cleveland last night.
You put on a great show...bud!
His band wasn't bad either.
I couldn't figure out why that guy in the hat(I think his name is Dwight) stood center stage.
Shouldn't that be Garys spot?
Thanks Gary for the hospitality.
It was great meeting you. Randy Reams

I saw Gary and the band here in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago. It just doesn't get any tighter! Man did those guys sound good. I didn't get a chance to say Hi to Gary like a wanted cause the place was just way, way to overcrowded. I sure enjoyed the show though, thanks Gary, Pete, Dwight, and band.

I saw Gary and Dwight in the Chicago area on Sunday night, 9/23. They were great. I talked to Gary for a few minutes after the show and gave him some photos of the Michigan Steel Show (Grand Rapids) held in early April of this year. Gary was one of the featured players and did an outstanding job.

Dwight sure thinks very highly of Gary! He describes him as the guy that can play anything with strings! I agree.

Gary, it was good to see you again.

I agree. I saw the show a couple weeks ago in Detroit, and it was fantastic.
Allison Moorer opened the show, and she also had a really good steel player. Anyone know who that may be?

Seriously, The Dwight Yokam show was the tightest and the most powerful music show I have seen in years.
If you get a chance see the show, do not miss it.
All of the players are "WORLD CLASS" and they fuse together like majic.
Gary is playing pedal steel (e9 and c6), lap steel, dobro, guitar, and banjo.

Hummmmm ! Gary Morse and Steve Hinson !!

Looks like we have a new echelon in our Steel Guitar World. Paid their dues and now they are in overdrive. I Love It !!!

Pete....Allison's steel player is Mike Daily or it might be spelled Daly. Not sure.
He lives in Nashville and works pretty much all the time with various artists as well as sessions. He also plays steel with Hank Williams Jr.
Allison has opened several shows for Dwight this tour and I made sure I was there in time each night to hear Mike play. He is an excellent steeler and is featured prominently
in her show. The soundman even had him turned up good and loud in the mix!!! What's this world coming to??? LOL
By the way, there are two other steel players named Mike Daly. One of them plays with George Strait. Just thought I'd mention that to avoid confusion. Thanks for the nice comments regarding the band and Dwight's show
by the way........Gary
