We all know what a wounderful player Roy is but what stands out to me is what a nice and supportive person he is. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage thur, afternoon at the convention this is not the first time I have played when Roy played and I hope it is not the last. The whole band was great and very nice.. Thanks Roy...Billy

They don't come any better than "Big Ro" musically or as a person. He and Barbara are two of the most beautiful people I know. Jody.

I agree. I've worked with Roy in both St. Louiis and in Dallas, and he is this steel player's "best friend" on stage. His ideas are so musical, plus he knows how to make a song swing. It is a joy to work with him, as well as the other staff players like smiling Leonard Zinn.

I want to second what Chuck said about Roy's ideas being so musical. There are a lot of great players who don't know how to compliment another musician, but Roy always manages to play the perfect thing whenever he accompanies a steel player,

Plus he and Barbara are really great people. I consider it an honor to know them both.

If it is a successful show, you can bet that R.R. is on the stage doing what every performer needs to have to be at his or her best.Look up super picker in the dictionary and there is a picture of Roy.Find the same picture under super person.

Thanks my friends for all the kind words. I am very humbled and appreciative of what you say about me. Your approval of me and my work on the shows is very important to me. My objective at the steel shows that I work is to always support the steel player in the best possible way and to that end I am very committed. Heck, who knows, one to these days there may be an International Piano Convention and I'll be calling on you to support me Image Image.
Again, I say "thanks" to all of you.
