I have two Jimmy Day record albums and can't seem to find a date of recording. Does anyone know what year these albums were recorded?
1. STEEL AND STRINGS - The Steel Guitar Artistry of Jimmy Day - Limited Edition....
2. GOLDEN STEEL GUITAR HITS - Jimmy Day (with The Merry Melody Singers)

According to www.allmusic.com ...

"Steel and Strings" was 1963
"Golden Steel Guitar Hits was 1962

Both were on the Philips label.

You can buy them both reissued on a single CD from the Forum Catalog, by the way.
