Thanks to steelradio.com for bringing them live to my PC.
Tommy, is it true you two have a video out?

Erik: I really enjoyed that little fun thing
Tommy and Lloyd were sharing as much as their playing. I had heard Tommy backing up Don Ho and do something beautiful one night on The Opry. I called him to enquire about it. We couldn't get it back but it wasn't lost.
Like so many others have posted, my link was cutting out. Before I went to work (playing)
I listened for awhile, the song was: I love You So Much It Hurts and as I listened I was praying; Oh Lord, don't let it drop out before I hear who is doing it. It wasn't so much the chords or changes that were used as it was the perfect way it all flowed togeather. When the player finished and said: "I want to get Lloyd up here...." I knew it was Tommy doing it all over again in his special way. Forty years of writing about beautiful music has really strecthed my vocabulary to it's limits and there aren't enough words in the language to fit the need. If you can't hear it, you don't know it.
These guys take me back to the goose bump days when I would listen to Jerry Byrd. The thrill is just as vivid to me when they play togeather. If anyone ever wondered about individuality on our instrument, the two of them have the words and music to prove it.
Thanks are due everyone who put this togeather. Even if it was flawed in some ways, it was a once in a lifetime thing.
Best Regards to All; Paul

The entire show was great to say the least. However, if I had only been there for just the Lloyd and Tommy portion, the long trip there and back would have been worth it! And if you were there and didn't get by the Derby room Saturday night around midnight, you missed another treat. Tommy White, Robby Turner, Jim Vest and Dale Wagner jammed for an hour or so and the room was packed. Folks were shoving their way around in the hall outside the Derby room trying to get a glimpse at the action inside. I was lucky enough to have a seat on the 4th row. It was incredible! Not only are the guys great musicians but they are also real gentlemen. I've never seen so many people trying to "get all over" anyone like they did Tommy White. I don't think he got a seconds peace while he was there but he handled all the attention like a gentleman and treated everyone like he had known them forever. Great job guys. I'm looking forward to the Bell Cove jam in October when Lloyd and Tommy will share the stage again.

I have all of Lloyd's LPs from the late 60s and 70s. He was the best then and he is even better now, if that's possible.
Now it's time for him to cut a CD. He seems to be motivated and creative again.
He also has his old LDG again and the tone is unmatched. He seemed inspired just sitting behind it again. Perhaps we can persuade him to get into the studio.

This year's Convention again featured so many excellent musicians, it's difficult to isolate favorites. In particular, though, I was impressed by Herby, Hal, Doug, John, Lloyd, and Tommy. I really liked the contrast of the steel and dobro as presented by Lloyd and Tommy on Sunday afternoon. Another great Convention! ...Lefty

I bought the Lloyd Green & Tommy White video at the Convention and watched it last night.
If you only have one steel video in your collection then this is the one to have. All the songs were very well done and the video is clean and up close on both players. They commented that they had a few mistakes but I didn't hear them. I think the running time is an hour on the video and worth every penny I spent for it. Thanks Lloyd and Tommy.
We need more of these to enjoy.

Erik...We were so glad that at the last minute we got the go ahead to broadcast Lloyd and Tommy. We did not get it confirmed until about an hour before the set. I have to say that listening to the two of them was definitely in the top 3 moments of the convention for me.
