Can you believe that, the moment after I posted this thread, I found the business card Bill had given me on Sunday with all his information(!!!!! Image!!!!!), but thanks anyway.
That's a good name for it! I've always felt that harp is PSG's closest relative...

Bill, to me exemplifies all the best traits of a pedal steeler. His tone and expression brings out the beauty of the pedal steel. In addition, he is one super guy to know! A great highpoint in my life was the pleasure of backing him on rhythm guitar. Even greater, he asked yours truly to write the liner notes for his cd a few years ago. Quite the honor. Thanks Bill!
