Hey all;
just back from Buddy Emmons live w/the Everly Brothers here in Edmonton, Alberta.
Had a fine time with fellow forumites Al Shymanski, Bob Blair and his daughter Rebecca, and special guests of honour Harold Leach and his wife Dolores.
Lots of pics to follow (Buddy says it's OK)
...but just to whet your appetites, here's a clip of 10 seconds of greatness...
This is about a 3 mb or so file- you'll need to have the Quicktime plugin and want to be on cable or DSL - enjoy
here's the video
OK...some pics...

Greg,
Terrific shots of Buddy, Don & Phil. What a great show this must be.
I sure hope these shows are being recorded, because I want a copy of the first release!!!

Greg;
Have a good time at the Calgary show tonite. I don't know how it'll work re: the schedule down there, but we didn't connect w/Buddy until after the show, and even at that, he had to split real quick as Don's bus was out of there pronto.

Hey Greg,
I`m hoping my "Buddy" trip down to Victoria this weekend will be 1/2 that good.
Is it true that this year may be his last year of touring??

By all means Ernie
in fact if you have some kind of FTP setup, let me know via email and I can upload the pics and video to your space - there's a bunch more pics I'm in the process of "jpeging" too
Thanks for compliments on the pics guys - I really lucked out and got front row tickets even thought the show had been on sale for quite a while. I used a Sony digital camera borrowed from work: in addition to stills it has the ability to capture 10 secs. of mpeg video w/audio - very cool

Greg;
Great! I'll mail you when I get back home.
I'm glad that your work let you use the cool camera. I wish I would have opted for the video feature when I got one.
