Jim, I played a gig in McCook about 14 years ago and became aquainted with a fellow by the name of Jerry Hunnicut. Do you know him? He was one of the "Diamonds". What a nice guy he was. We were in a pinch and he helped us out.

Thanks, I was looking for someone to rent gear from for a gig. But all is changed and I can use my own now. Thanks anyway

Chuck Lettes played all over Nebraska when he was the steel player for "Sour Mash", a legendary Nebraska band. He now lives in Denver and occasionally plays reunions with "Sour Mash" in Omaha. Maybe he knows a few steel players in the area.
