Book O Intros

Has anyone written a book on Intros and endings for non-pedal steel? I see them for the E-9th from time to time.
Scotty's Music has a good book and CD entitled "Back Up Behind a Singer" in C6th. It has some classic intros and fills. And it's only $20 delivered!
