I have some files on a Jaz drive that's formatted for Mac.

I need to get to the files and I have no Mac or Jaz drive. If I could get someone to move the files from the Jaz drive to DVD, I'm sure I could find a friend with a Mac.

Do any of you guys have a Jaz drive? I'm not familiar with them and I'd like to get this done pretty soon.

Locate a nearby Kinkos and ask them if they have the required equipment. Most Kinkos are equipped with Macs and PCs.

Jaz drives were made by Iomega and used a SCSI interface. They came in 2 flavors 1G and 2G. They preceded DVD, USB, and firewire storage which were much less expensive and more reliable. That pretty much killed removable HD's for most people.

This technology is old and I doubt you'll find it at Kinko's. You can buy these drives used really cheap.
