After writing .mp3s some of the songs on the CD the songs are mixed with each other. So instead of getting the next song's beginning I get the ending from the previous song and then the beginning and the whole next song.
I am not using any other programs than that provided by WinXP and I select send to the CD drive. After the system copies the files I click on the balloon to display the write to window.
I can not afford any of the tools out there so I will probably just have to live with it.
Thank you;
Sherman |

The built in Windows XP CD burning leaves a lot to be desired.
If you have a CD burner and it came with a new PC then you have a regular CD burning program that you can use. If this was an add-on CD Burner drive, most come with a CD burning program and you should be using that.
Try using the Windows Media Player instead of the "drag to disc" Windows CD burning and see if that works better.
Also, make sure the MP3's were not "recorded" to the hard drive mixed up.
I think you can download a trial version of Nero, so you can burn them. www.nero.com |

Sherman, Musicmatch Jukebox offers a free download and does a pretty good job. |
