I had to do a "System Recovery' and do my Isp , etc,all over again, got the phone line working , everything seems to be fairly ok. I have the phone connection as you can see, but cant receive or send Email. There must be a connection I missed.
I do not have my Address Book back either, or my 'Sent items' back. I know it is all in there somewhere, but don't know how to acess it.
I hope somone can giveme some advice on this. Thanks ..al
(b0b, why do I have to give my user name and password in my replies?)

Al, check your Account Setup in your e-mail program. Your incoming mail server entry may be corrupted since you can apparently send OK.

Most ISP's have the info needed to set up the e-mail account. Make sure it's entered exactly as they show - no extra spaces, etc.
