Hiya Wiz,

Maybe you can help me here; or any one, too, for that matter.

I had 2 Google bars on my PC and got rid of one, and the 2nd one [1.0.20051027] - GETTING STARTED/LATEST HEADLINES (with the red dragon head [or whatever it is]) is still there. I went into TOOLS/EXTENSIONS and uninstalled it. They said it would be gone when Fifrefox was restarted. So I just rebooted the PC, and it's still there.

What to do?

Thanks all.

Download the trial version of Spysweeper. It will probably show up there. If it does it will tell you where the file is located.

Download and install the new version 2 Google Toolbar for Firefox. Then if you don't want to keep it uninstall it. That should take care of removing the previous version also.
