I think this is a competitive upgrade. So it's probably the full version. Looks like the same CD I had way back then.
Of course, I'm not positive because it's not my auction.

As I understand it, a "competitive upgrade" means that you must already own a copy either of an earlier version of the same program, or a version of a competing program. Once the disk recognizes one of those, it will then load up the full new version of this one. If it doesn't see any of the others on your hard drive, though, you're dead in the water.

That sounds logical. I think ProTools LE is a free download. Or maybe I had a free ProTools LE on a CD somewhere. In any case, this post was just to let folks know that it was there.
Sonar is a great digital recording program.
