SpywareGuard question

I run Spybot S & D, AdAware, SpywareBlaster and SpywareGuard. I check for updates regularly.
But my SpywareGuard hasn't had an available update since 1/22/04. I'm running V 2.2 which seems to be the latest version. Is this a defunct program? Or am I missing something.
(BTW--this is all in addition to AVG antivirus and ZoneAlarm.)
