Don't Show this Message Again", again

On Quicken 2004, I periodically get a popup box pointing out how many checks I have written, and wouldn't I like to use their automatic check paying service. I check the box which says "don't show this message again." I have tried closing the box with the x, and with the close button, but a week later, I get the same box. I have the same experience with some other programs also. What's up with that?

Check the user options/setup to see if there is an option to suppress those types of messages.
