BIAB vs.11 won't install on my iMac

I have system 8.6 on my iMac and PG music told me that the Mac vs. 11 should work fine with it. All I get is a message about a problem installing and to restart and try again, which of course does nothing. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can get this to work? I am not real computer savy, just basic stuff. Should I try to find a local Mac expert? Not enough memory available? Any suggestions would be very much appreciated. I would really like to give BIAB a try, but so far, haven't been able to get it running.

Your best bet is to talk to a local Macintosh expert. He'll ask you the proper questions (like exactly what the error message says) and help you figure out how to get the program up and running.
