Has anyone ever had this or know how to get rid of this thing? I may have several different sources of spyware problems on my computer but one I feel is lop.com(C2 media).
There's an extra toolbar, taskbar, and icons on the desktop. I already have spybot, Adaware, AVG free, Wincleaner, McAfee antivirus and Microsoft spyware remover beta. And Service pack II is installed. The Microsoft spyware remover program appeared to have solved the problem when I first ran it. But several minutes later, all the icons, etc are back. I've updated and ran all the above problems with no luck. I've turned off system restore and run spybot, then reboot. No luck. Did the same procedure with the new Microsoft spyware removal program.
Does anyone know a program called Spy Ferret? Is that a legit download for spyware removal? There's several other issues happening with my computer but would be too lenthy to go in to detail here.

Thanks for any help.

Ken

Thanks for the help bOb. I think, at least for now, I have this part of the problem fixed.
